We prefer someone to be home, but we understand busy lives, and many of our regulars leave a key or arrange access so we can work while they're out. For exterior-only cleans you generally don't need to be home provided we have safe access, just secure any pets and let us know about gates. If your booking includes interior cleaning, someone needs to be home unless access is arranged beforehand.
