These terms apply to services provided by Coates Window Cleaning Pty Ltd (ABN 91 698 516 737), referred to as "we", "us" or "Coates Window Cleaning", and to your use of this website. By requesting a quote or booking our services, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our services
We provide residential and commercial window cleaning, solar panel cleaning and gutter cleaning across the Perth metropolitan area, Western Australia. The scope of work for your job is the scope described in your quote.
Quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the information you provide about the property and the work required. If the conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will tell you before any work starts and agree any change to the price with you, never after the work is done.
Bookings, access and site conditions
To carry out the work safely, we need reasonable access to the areas being cleaned at the agreed time. Please let us know in advance of anything that may affect the job, such as pets, locked gates, fragile fittings, or damaged windows, seals, gutters or panels, so we can plan around it.
Weather and rescheduling
Some of our work is weather dependent. If conditions make it unsafe or impractical to do the job properly, we may reschedule to the next suitable time and will let you know as early as we can.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please give us as much notice as you reasonably can so we can offer the time to another customer.
Payment
Payment is due as set out in your quote or invoice. If an account becomes overdue, we may pause further work until it is brought up to date.
Our work and insurance
We hold $20 million in public liability insurance. If you have any concern about the work we have done, contact us promptly and we will review it with you and address any issue for which we are responsible.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects, for issues arising from conditions we were not told about and could not reasonably have seen, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
